I’m Lisa. A former corporate insider turned women’s career and wealth strategist. For the past 20 years, I’ve sat at the tables where promotions are decided, salaries are negotiated, and futures are shaped. As a qualified accountant (CIMA), HR strategic leader (CIPD Level 7) with a degree in Technology and Business, I’ve helped global firms design compensation systems, onboard executives, and groom leaders for their next big step. I now use that same insider knowledge to help busy women build careers and financial independence on their own terms.
